Chuck DiVito - Owner, Design Consultant & Construction ManagerChuck DiVito developed a passion for excellence and a desire to provide high-quality home building through his many years of working in his family's flooring business. This business was established in 1933 and for over 70 years has gained a reputation for outstanding workmanship, superior materials, and customer service in flooring homes throughout the area.
In 1999, Chuck DiVito decided to bring his commitment to detail and excellence to custom home building. He started 3-D Development Corporation with the vision of giving personal attention to each project he undertakes. By working with a limited number of customers at any given time, Chuck is able to impart his years of knowledge and experience into designing and building homes with a sense of pride and attention to detail. As an acknowledged leader in custom home development, Chuck builds homes that are innovative in design and superbly crafted to exceed his clients' expectations.
